The Transform Weight Loss Support Hub was initially created for our patients, and potential patients, as somewhere online they could immediately go to access extra information, support, meal plans, motivation and guidance. Over time it has developed into a site for anyone that needs guidance post, or pre, weight loss surgery.
What hasn’t changes is our dedication to the provision of a safe community to share your journey with like-minded people.
There are other websites around in the field of bariatric surgery but having surgery yourself doesn’t make you an expert and being a specialist in one area doesn’t make you a specialist in all. So we decided to create a site that could provide you with all the up to date, and correct, advice you will ever need.
Transform, as a company, was founded in 1982 and we have spent the last 40 years helping people look, and feel, better about themselves.
